1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Titles.video ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Titles.video is a tool that creates YouTube video title suggestions. The Service analyzes YouTube videos provided by you and generates optimized title options, descriptions, and tags.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit YouTube URLs for content you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service without prior written consent

5. Plans, Credits, and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts receive a limited number of monthly credits. Paid plans provide additional credits per month.

Recurring Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Credits

Monthly plan credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Extra credit packs purchased separately are added to your account immediately and never expire. One credit equals one title creation (5 title options for one video). Credits are deducted at the time of generation and automatically refunded if the process fails.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. You will not be charged for the next billing period.

Refund Policy

All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@titles.video or submit a request directly through Paddle. All refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record).

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription or extra credits, you are transacting directly with Paddle. Paddle collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Intellectual Property

Titles created by the Service are provided for your use. Titles.video does not claim ownership over created titles. However, we do not guarantee the uniqueness or originality of any title. You are responsible for ensuring that any title you use does not infringe on third-party rights.

All other content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to design, logos, and software) are owned by Titles.video and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Titles.video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Titles.video from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing page, and close your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless you are entitled to bring claims in a court of competent jurisdiction under mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
